Legal conditions and limitations of liability governing the use of the İLGERU website.

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the conditions applicable to the use of the İLGERU-branded website published at https://ilgeru.com (the "Site"). By visiting or using the Site, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you should not use the Site.
The Site has been prepared for the purpose of introducing two product families developed by İLGERU: İLGERU ERP for manufacturing businesses (MES, MRP, CMMS, quality management, inventory, finance and industrial automation modules) and İLGERU HESAP for businesses that need pre-accounting (current accounts, inventory, invoicing, cash management and accountant access). The information on the Site does not constitute an offer of services and is provided for informational purposes only. Binding offers and contractual terms are determined by a separate written agreement concluded between the parties.
All texts, images, logos, icons, software, source code, designs, audio and video files and all other content on the Site (the "Content") are protected under 5846 Sayılı Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu (Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works) and 6769 Sayılı Sınai Mülkiyet Kanunu (Industrial Property Law No. 6769), and belong to İLGERU or its licensors.
Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, using for commercial purposes or transferring the Content to third parties without prior written permission is prohibited. Any such act gives rise to civil and criminal liability.
The "İLGERU" name, its logo and the other distinctive signs used on the Site are trademarks of İLGERU. Third-party brand and product names referenced on the Site (e.g. SAP, Logo, Logo İşbaşı, Mikro, Paraşüt, BizimHesap, FaturaPort) are registered trademarks of their respective rights holders and are used solely for informational/comparative purposes; such use does not imply any official partnership, dealership relationship, cooperation or authorization. Our comparison pages titled "Alternative to" make no claims regarding the features or pricing of competing products; you should verify such information from your own contract and from the current official sources of the trademark owner.

The Site content is provided "as is". While İLGERU exercises the utmost care regarding the accuracy, currency and completeness of the information on the Site, it provides no warranty whatsoever. The statistics, ROI calculator results, efficiency rates and similar estimated values presented on the Site are based on pilot project data and industry averages and are not guaranteed for every customer. Actual results vary according to the customer's existing processes, data quality, team adaptation and sector conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, İLGERU may not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of business arising from the use of the Site.
The Site may contain links to websites belonging to third parties. İLGERU has no control over the content, privacy practices or security of these sites, and İLGERU is not responsible for damages arising from the use of these sites.

İLGERU reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect the moment they are published on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means that the current Terms have been accepted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Execution Offices of Sakarya have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Terms.
